Abbatt Academy helps property staff and professionals develop their skills within residential and commercial property. In addition, we deliver courses in partnership with ARMA (The Association of Residential Managing Agents).
To increase our service level further and keep up with demand, we created a concierge training programme upskilling all our temporary concierges, The Abbatt Academy. Since then, the Academy has expanded to offer training of our clients' permanent staff and to offer several courses aimed at different roles and levels within property in partnership with ARMA.
Abbatt Academy is a classroom-based training programme that seeks to raise the level of service to residents. By using a blended learning method by means of videos, role plays and group discussions, we make sure that the courses are fun and interactive.
We train all of our concierges with The Academy and require that our candidates pass a sitting exam before being sent out to work. So when you use our concierge service, you can be sure to expect customer service minded and presentable individuals.
After attending the training, our concierges will gain confidence going into their role, receive an official Abbatt Academy certificate and boost their career in property. In addition, they will acquire:
