Why did we start Abbatt Academy?
London’s property sector is rapidly expanding with demands and service expectations growing to an all-time high, however, within the recruitment sector as a whole, we have seen an overall skill shortage. In order to combat this shortage and keep up with demand, we created a concierge training programme, The Abbatt Academy, in order to up-skill our candidates with the aim to increase service levels within the residential property industry.
What is Abbatt Academy?
Abbatt Academy is a classroom-based training programme that seeks to raise the level of service to residents to a high standard in a structured and interactive way by our experienced full-time in-house trainer. Furthermore, the Academy is the only concierge programme tailored to cover exactly what’s expected when working in a residential building in London and is the only free training programme for concierges in the country.
